Apparently the Hollywood buzz about the lemonade diet (or lemon detox) has reached the rest of the world…
And they’ve become quite anxious and curious about whether this Beyonce “miracle” actually works.
Fortunately, most of us have become desensitized to the weight loss “miracle” crap that floats around the media (TV, internet, radio, what have you) because we’ve figured out…

This original detox cleanse (developed by Stanley Burroughs in the 1940′s) requires fasting for an extended period of time. Like Dr. Mark says, it leads to the body actually building up more toxins over time… because when you don’t eat anything… you actually burn more muscle than fat.
Your fat-to-muscle ratio increases, so yes… you lose weight… but you aren’t burning fat. Doctors do not recommend fasting for an extended amount of time.
“But I still need to cleanse my body of toxins to burn fat… right?”
Yes, detoxifying the body is absolutely the key to see real, permanent results in burning fat, feeling better, and having more energy and vitality throughout the day.
